Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JobTrakr+ (the "Service"), provided by ibraheem mohyuddin ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. The Service

JobTrakr+ helps you track job applications, including optional Gmail integration to detect application-related emails and AI features that analyze CVs and job descriptions. We may modify or improve the Service over time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: (a) using it for unlawful purposes; (b) committing fraud, sending spam, or infringing intellectual property; (c) attempting to interfere with security, probe, scrape, or upload malware; (d) reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service; or (e) circumventing technical limits or usage quotas.

4. AI features

The Service includes generative AI features (CV analysis and tailoring). You are responsible for your prompts and inputs, for verifying the accuracy of outputs, and for having the rights to any content you upload. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs and may suspend accounts for repeated abuse.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as CVs and notes). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You must have the right to share any content you upload.

6. Payments, billing, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the in-app subscription management page or Paddle. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us (via Paddle) in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
